■This notice is to inform you that Intersil has changed the data sheet specification for the ISL12020MIRZ* products. The change to the Electrical Specification for the Oscillator Stability vs Temperature parameter for temperatures below 0oC. The Oscillator Stability vs. Temperature is now: + 5ppm from 0oC to +85oC, + 10ppm from -30oC to +85oC and + 15ppm from -40oC to +85oC. The change aligns the data sheet with the product characteristics and is necessary to maintain product manufacturability in support of customer delivery requirements.
